These yoga classes infused with pranayama and guided meditations have been created to help you find greater happiness and freedom from suffering during anxious and challenging times.

Included in this course are 2 physical practices and 2 meditation practices.

Physical Practices:

  • Gentle Stretch and Pranayama (13 minutes)
  • Slow, Grounding Vinyasa Flow (25 minutes)

Guided Meditations:

  • Mantra Meditation (8 minutes)
  • Loving Kindess Meditation (7 minutes)
